PRIVACY POLICY

We maintain strict confidentiality of all demographic and medically related information regarding our patients. We do not release confidential information to anyone without the patient's, or their legal representative's, written authorization. With appropriate authorization we may release information for billing purposes and/or to assist in your care (for example, sending copies of medical records and/or demographic information to other treating physicians and/or facilities). All original records and x-rays are kept in our office. Copies of x-rays can be made if requested. There is a fee of $10.00 per sheet of x-ray film copied.
